The prices are guaranteed if a 25% deposit of the total rental fee is paid in advance.
The lease starts on Saturday at 4. p.m and ends the following Saturday at 10 a.m
Water, electricity, heating and bed sheets are included in the rental price.
A 25% deposit is requested when booking. It must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
In case of a late booking, the total rental fee is to be paid without delay.
A refundable security deposit of 500 € is to be paid upon arrival to cover any damages caused while occupying the apartments. This fee will be returned on departure day provided that no damage has been made.
